At Joseph Consulting we love two leadership principles; BBQ talk and Super Coach.

BBQ Talk

This principle is about simple and clear communication. The aim of BBQ Talk is to be able to discuss matters with your client or team members in language that could be used at a BBQ with people outside of your organisation or industry. This type of language tests your ability to understand the topic. But, more importantly, it tests your ability to truly understand the intended audience.

Super Coach

The principle of a Super Coach is that our leadership group and our future leaders should all aspire to become Super Coaches. Super Coaches have a crystal clear understanding of the vision. They plan, develop and empower their teams from a deep knowledge of each team member’s strengths, qualities and weaknesses to achieve the vision.
