Joseph Consulting designed a leadership program to enhance organisation clarity and empower the executive leadership at the Mount Isa Water Board. They deployed an engaging consulting style that generated unique and powerful graphical outputs, delivering clarity and vision to all levels of the organisation.
This was achieved by the development of a graphical presentation of MIWB’s operation, functional, purpose and goals, for the next 5 years. This work was coupled with personal Executive Coaching and Mentoring.
