Coastal Management Program: Strategic Relationship Advisor

The role of the Strategic Relationship Advisor has strengthened and enhanced the collaborative relationship between Griffith Centre for Coastal Management and City of Gold Coast. It provided high level support, advice and coaching to the Director and core team. To achieve this success the work focused on four key elements;

1. Facilitation, advice and recommendations for The Centre Strategic Plan.
2. Design and development of a Cascading Reporting System.
3. Facilitation of the progressive learning and development of the Collaborative Model.
4. Strengthening of work outputs and collaborative behaviours by using Customised Auditing.
