Business Process Reviews within Tenure and Business Programs

Joseph Consulting were appointed to undertake a review of specific business processes within the Tenure and Business Program Directorate of Crown Lands.

Interviews and discussions were held with Frontline Staff to gather information and understand the business processes. The findings were presented in Bucket Diagrams that analysed ‘flow rates’ of the processes and to identified areas of ‘blockage’. Each Bucket Diagram was accompanied with significant recommendations that deliver operational clarity.
