Our community and society have changed dramatically in the last 20 years. We have witnessed the demise of big institutions, the rise of globalism and individualism. Consumerism has invaded our reality to the extent that we have outsourced and contracted our God-intended relational covenants.

This Leadership Development Program has been designed for people of action. Willing to shift thinking and experience. Willing to become intentional.

We explore the essential challenge to transform the isolation and self-interest within our community into connectedness and caring for the whole. We tackle this challenge two ways, like two strands of a rope woven together. The first strand investigates the tension between Market culture (scarcity, certainty, perfection, privatisation) and Citizen culture (abundance, mystery, fallibility, common good). The second strand considers the case study of Jesus life in how he developed leaders within the context of relationship and community.
