Project Management Integration
Joseph Consulting provided strategic planning and training to assist the Flinders Group integrate their project delivery method into the new Hyder Consulting requirements. This change process occurred over three phases;
- System Understanding: A simple and highly effective illustration was developed to introduce the Hyder Consulting requirements and terminology.
- Engagement and Learning: Joseph Consulting designed and facilitated interactive workshops that equipped the Flinders Group for delivering projects within the new Hyder Consulting requirements. After the workshops individual meetings occurred to resolve specific questions and strengthen adoption of the change.
- Check Learning: Joseph Consulting conducted internal audits that demonstrated the Flinders Group had successfully adopted the new project delivery requirements.
