Joseph Consulting provided services for two acquisitions VSC Growth were consulting on. These services included interviews with key staff and clients that provided key information and recommendations to form part of the Cultural Due Diligence.

Offshore Design Strategy

This report outlined a model for an Offshore Design Office.  It highlighted four key areas to help inform the decision-making process regarding the establishment of a potential Offshore Design Office.
