Arcadis introduced an initiative called ‘Arcadis Way’ to unify global business practices and processes. To support the Arcadis Way, they chose to implement a full ERP suite of Oracle products.
Joseph Consulting joined the Australian Arcadis Way implementation team with a specific focus on leading the change within the project delivery area of the business. This included;
• Discovering how the new model would impact and modify existing project delivery practices.
• Development of multiple change strategies to embed new project delivery practices.
• Fostering and leading the Key User Group who would be advocates and implementation leaders within their geographical area.
• To build new knowledge of the Arcadis Way, Project Learning Groups were developed and implemented by the Key Users.
• Training and leading a team based in the Philippines that supported the Australia team to ensure all project delivery data was ready for ‘Go Live’.
• Help establish, support and mentor the new Resource Planning Group.
Working with Jason has been a pleasure and we hope into the future. His understanding of our business and our real needs was invaluable in the introduction of a new system within our business. Jason was able to think, act and deal with issues and people at all levels and was able to predict and consistently remove roadblocks to ensure we progressed along our Journey. Jason at all times has shown the highest integrity, sound advice and not afraid to challenge issues in the best interests of our company to drive solutions. I would strongly recommend Jason and Joseph Consulting
