Joseph Consulting worked through three distinct stages with Evilemerican:

  1. Placing the ‘Big Rocks’: Align vision, objectives, goals and daily tasks.  Ensured the business financial and marketing plans were clearly defined and used to drive the business development.
  2. Building Habit & Accountability:  Focused on developing strong habits and accountabilities for the sustainable development of Evilemerican.
  3. Strategy & Idea Testing:  By this stage Evilemerican had reached a new level within its development.  This stage focused on developing new growth edges for Evilemerican’s next horizons.

Prior to working with Joseph Consulting the Evilemerican brand was a ship sailing without a map. We knew where we wanted to go but lacked the resources and expertise to direct us to the final destination. Since having started working closely with Jason we have developed real goals and implemented internal systems to track all sales and stock levels. The brand continues to be revised and we have identified a strong mission statement to identify with our preferred audience. As the Evilemerican team is very small it has been beneficial to keep accountable with time management too, so we don’t stray from the goals outlined during our meetings. I have also found Jason to be very accommodating to deal with on a personal level. He has taken into consideration certain personal limitations and has worked around these to offer a solution that I can work with.
