Delivery of an Ideal Team Player Workshop

Joseph Consulting was engaged by Regen Australia following its recent organisational culture work with Lackon. As Regen Australia embarked on its own cultural transformation and explored opportunities to strengthen and expand its positive workplace culture, it sought specialist advisory support to design and deliver a bespoke Ideal Team Player leadership workshop.

The workshop was developed to help the leadership team not only understand the Ideal Team Player model, but to genuinely embrace its principles and apply them in their day-to-day leadership. By beginning the journey with the leadership group, the workshop created an environment for meaningful connection, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to the culture Regen Australia aspires to build.

At its heart, the workshop was designed to establish the leadership team as the organisation's first "ideal team"…….. a group that leads by example, demonstrates the behaviours expected across the business, and serves as the foundation for embedding and sustaining Regen Australia's desired culture throughout the organisation.
