Ideation and concept development of the Pathway Skateboarding Academy

Rock ‘n’ Slide Skateboarding have been providing very successful and innovative professional skateboarding coaching for many years.

Joseph Consulting seeded the idea of a program designed for young athletes pursuing elite skateboarding.  Working closely with Rock 'n' Slide Founder, the Pathway Skatboarding program was developed.

The key elements of the program design were the two step selection and progress criteria. The first criteria scored attitude and behaviour across 9 personal traits demonstrated by the athlete. The second outlined a clear pathway of trick progression using a graded system.
