Tweed River Entrance Sand Bypassing Project (TRESBP) is a joint project of the NSW and Queensland Governments with financial contribution from City of Gold Coast.
Joseph Consulting were engaged to assist TRESBP with their strategic aim of modernising management and project management to better reflect risk profile and project approach. Joseph Consulting achieved this by;
• Reviewing the existing Business System and providing recommendations
• Developing a detailed Business Case on the adopted recommendations
• Facilitating the implementation of new software to ensure every work phase aligned and enhanced the overall change agenda
This work streamlined and simplified the project control systems. Which in turn has driven efficiency and enhanced transparency within the existing management and governance framework.

We work at building long term relationships with our clients. Here are some of the recent projects we have engaged in:
Attending to technical and business challenges, as well as their underlying relationships
Our focus was on creating an auditing experience that our project managers remembered positively.
What we needed was someone who could not just ‘talk the talk’ but who had also ‘walked the walk’.
