Over the last few years the Australian economy has experienced significant changes. These changes have placed new challenges and demands upon the Ausco business to remain competitive and profitable. To help reposition Ausco, their Executive Team recognised a need to revisit their business processes, particularly their design process.
Joseph Consulting were engaged to help discover and articulate key barriers to Ausco achieving future sustainable growth and market leadership. Along with analysis of the key barriers, Joseph Consulting were able to provide strategic insights that enabled clarity for the refreshment of business processes.
With their deep understanding of the design, construct and project delivery process, Joseph Consulting were able to quickly identify the people, organisational and process barriers and blockages that were inhibiting our ability to smoothly win and execute projects. They were also able to communicate some tough messages that we needed to hear in a profession manner without the normal need to sugar coat it. Directly addressing all these issues has had the desired result.
