Internal Audit of Project Managers

Joseph Consulting carried out internal project system audits ensuring compliance and providing specific coaching/training to project managers.

The auditing focused upon identify strengths, weaknesses and recommendations that allowed project managers and business unit management to implement project delivery efficiencies.

Internal Audits are a very important part of ensuring the systems and processes required by any business are effectively implemented. Audits provide the opportunity to identify failures before they result in injury to staff, damage to the environment or seriously impact key project/program milestones. Our focus was on creating an auditing experience that our project managers remembered positively and Jason’s project management experience and personable approach was essential to acheiving that.
