Joseph Consulting have designed a bespoke Executive Coaching Program for the Directors of Lackon Pty Ltd. The program rhythm is made up of a session exploring key growth topics and challenges. Plus, a session reviewing success measures and progress of change actions.

The program has seen significant change in strategic approach and leadership, plus enhanced team culture and strengthened Lackon’s growth opportunities into the future.

In mid 2024 the Lackon Directors took their first extensive holiday in 5 years of operation, creating a ‘step change’ growth opportunity. During this period Joseph Consulting took over leadership of the company, allowing the Directors to redefine their roles upon their return.
