Joseph Consulting delivered management consulting services that documented Gold Coast Waterways Authority's existing and enacted project delivery framework.  The work focused on:  

1. Reviewing the existing Gold Coast Waterways Authority project delivery and program management processes to document current state,
2. Evaluating and documenting their current state organisational program and project aspirations, and
3. Assessing the supporting processes and systems that enable project and program delivery.

Completion of this assignment provided a clear picture that enabled future stakeholder needs to be aligned, plus facilitate identification of innovation opportunities.
